The Sofia City Court has refused the request for release of former undercover agent of the National State Security Agency, Aleksei Petrov, accused of taking part in the crime group codenamed "Octopus".On Wednesday, the magistrates decided to leave behind bars Petrov because although he could not abscond, he could commit another crime.The defense has also requested a new medical expertise to check whether the health condition of the former agent would allow him to be treated in jail....
